My week

I haven’t done much this week. This week as been a pretty relaxing but I have still put in some training. Not as much as my other weeks but I am still happy to have still trained. It’s important to have relaxing weeks but as long as you don’t take them to often. However in a break week, you don’t just drop everything and relax, you just don’t train as hard.
