My week
this week has gone by pretty quick. It’s weeks like this that we have to buckle down and get our training done because one day can easily sleep into 3 or 4. I made sure I kept myself mental aware of getting at least an hour of training in each day and just like the week, the hours went by quickly. However with those hours of training I have boosted my numbers greatly and each and every time I felt sore, but that good sore you feel after an intense work out. Throughout the rest of the year I am determined to keep practicing an hour a day every day, hopefully, improving in every way possible.
