Beginnings
As everyone knows we have entered a new year. The year of the rat. For some of us this is not our first time in I Ho Chuan but for others it is a brand new experience. Although this is my third year in I Ho Chuan, it is still a new beginning. It’s a beginning of a new team, a new family, and most importantly a new challenge. Beginning is the hardest part in doing anything so for the new guys that are joining, don’t stop. When you stop, you think to yourself, one day want do anything, then that one day turns to two, and then to three, and it just snowballs from there. So far that has happened in both of my years in I Ho Chuan and I am determined for that to not happen again. The more you keep something going the more easy it will become and eventually it will turn into effortless effort. That’s we have to do 50 000 push-ups and sit-ups, 1000 form repetitions, 1000 acts of kindness. To achieve a state of effortless effort and help us in every aspect of our life.
