Everything in life involves some sort of habit. It’s up to you about if the habit will be a good one or a bad one. The more good habits you have, like studying or always being on time, the more likely you are to succeed in anything you try in. Look at Kung fu for an example, if you are always late and never want to do any work, you won’t get anything beneficial out of it. But someone who is always working, shows up on time, and practises daily is getting the most benefit for every aspect of life.

Bad habits are easy to obtain yet really difficult to overcome. It takes around 21 days to break a bad habit however a study of 96 people published in The European Journal of Social Psychology found it took on average 66 days to form a habit, such as eating a fruit at lunch or running for 15 minutes a day. Good habits you have to work for yet they are extremely beneficial to your everyday life style.

It is nearly impossible to lead a perfect life with no bad habits. Bad habits have to be a part of your life. When you focus on trying to make a good habit, you most likely will make a bad habit in the processes. Habits can make or break everything in life, make sure that they are good habits instead of bad ones. It will bring you much farther in life. Being successful in life and being very unsuccessful are both hard. Choose your hard.
