Canada day

This Sunday, as most of you know, was Canada day. It was a busy day that was long, hot, and windy. Throughout the day, I did a lot of different things ranging from running at people while in a inflatable ball(pretty sure it’s called a zorb ball but I’m not too sure), to playing dodgeball with bow and arrows. As the day progressed, the more people came. Lines grew, more crowds gathered, however, this day is not one to forget.

My day started off at seven a.m. Mom woke me up and then in 30 minutes, away we went to Jubilee park. By the time we got there, everything was already set up so we didn’t have to do anything. Just a few minutes later Mr. Bauer brought in some donuts and coffee. The donuts didn’t stand a chance but this coffee stayed for a little bit.

Now onto the demos. Each demo was different with each a new challenge. For the one in stony plain, that challenge was obvious. On a hill with slippery grass and lots of wind, I mean what can go wrong. Anyway, fortunately nobody got hurt and we all as a good time. Back at spruce grove, some challenges were the wind, the grass, and the kids that got in the way from time to time. Again, each demo was a well performed demo and a success.

Now with the day at its end, I look back and realize how much I actually did today. It was a fun day with lots of action and lots of wind. I know it is still a full year away but I can’t wait to go next year!
